Customized Products

I have selected the wrong character/ number / mis-spelt my name, can you change it for me?

We are sorry but once your order has been placed and it has been confirmed with an order confirmation number, your order cannot be stopped or changed. However, you may email or contact us.

How long will it take to receive my customized product?

A typical customized order using standard shipping option might take 7-8 working days from time of order to delivery within U.A.E.

How long will my shipping take?

UAE Standard Delivery:
Ex-Stock Products: 2 - 3 working days.
Customized Products: 8 working days.
 
Next Day Delivery:
Next day delivery is offered to local UAE destinations only. Orders placed between Monday - Friday before 3pm are eligible for next day delivery. Any next day delivery orders placed after this will be dispatched the following day. Next day delivery orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Can you split ship my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split ship your order at this time. We kindly ask that you pay close attention to the availability date mentioned in product listings for customized or pre-order products. Your order will ship out once all of the items in the order become available. If you would like certain items to arrive sooner, we recommend that you place separate orders for these items as orders containing customization or pre-order items will not be shipped until all items are available.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. While all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates, we can ship your items pretty much anywhere there's an address.

Customers outside of the U.A.E. who wish to purchase oh, Wanted Studio products will need to contact us directly for shipping rate.

I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. Am I able to change it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify your shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, we unfortunately are unable to modify the shipping address. However, you may email or contact us.

General Enquires

Can I cancel my order?

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Place Your Order” but after this point, you will be unable to make amendments to your order. If you would like to return the product once it has arrived, please contact us.

How can I make changes to my oh, Wanted Studio order?


We are sorry but once your order has been placed and it has been confirmed with an order confirmation number, your order cannot be stopped or changed. However, you may email or contact us within 15 minuets after placing the order. Be sure to include your order number.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?


If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully. You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

There can be several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order.

  • There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered on oh, Wanted Studio so the confirmation email is being sent somewhere else.
  • A confirmation email has been sent to the spam folder instead of your inbox. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  • A confirmation email has not been sent immediately from our mailing server.

I have placed an order, but it says "On Hold" when I check its status. What’s wrong?

    • Your shipping address has no street number or potentially incomplete.
    • Your custom design contains content that potentially infringes intellectual property rights or proprietary rights.

You will always receive an email from us if the problems above happen to your order. So please be sure to check the Spam / Junk folder of the email you registered with us if you have not received such confirmation emails. We will need further information from you before we can process your order.

What should I do if I didn't receive my shipment?

If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please email or contact us with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can assist you. We want to ensure that you are able to receive and enjoy your products, and we will try our best to make that happen!

I ordered the wrong product by mistake. Can I change it before it's dispatched?

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you select “Place Your Order” but after this point, you will be unable to make amendments to your order. If you’d like a different item, you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. However, you may email or contact us.

What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?

We are very sorry to hear that you’ve received your item in this condition. For us to ensure a replacement product is sent to you, simply send an email to support@ohwantedstudio.com with:

  • An image of the damaged product/area.
  • Proof of your purchase of the oh, Wanted Studio product such as order confirmation mail.
  • Your full name and address, including flat/villa number and phone number.
  • An explanation of how the damage happened.

Our warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of everyday use. oh, Wanted Studio will also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product or items purchased from third party. Can I exchange my item for a different product?

We are sorry for the inconvenience as we do not have an exchange program available at this time. We kindly ask that you return the item(s) for a refund and place a brand new order with the item(s) you prefer.

Is oh, Wanted Studio an Emirate brand?


We are Emirati brand, started in the summer of 2020. oh, Wanted Studio is based in Dubai.

Do you offer collaborations with businesses?

Yes, we love partnering with brands! We currently do offer business collaborations with other brands and companies. We offer brand customized badges, special packaging, and logo engraving. For those who are interested, please contact us or email us to submit your inquiry.

I am a social media influencer and want to promote your products. How can I do that?

Thank you for your interest in our brand and products! Contact us and Include your portfolio link and your social media accounts.

What payment options do you accept?

The payment options that we currently accept is credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). At the moment, we do not accept cash, check or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service.

Returns & Refund

Can I return my customized product?

We're sorry to hear that you'll be cancelling your order with us! We may be able to cancel your order for you if it hasn't been processed out yet. please contact us or email us with your order number, and we will look into the status of the order and assist you accordingly.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order. But no worries! Under our returns policy, you are more than welcome to return the package to us within 7 days of purchase for a full product refund. When the package arrives, please reject the package. This will return the package back to us free of charge.

Please ensure it is returned in the original packaging and if your purchase involving a free gift, you will need to return the free gift as well as the unwanted product. If you do not return the free gift, your return will not be valid. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 21 working days for your return to be processed and your account refunded. We can only refund to the original card used with the order. 

Customized products are excluded from the returns policy and cannot be returned.

Returning your product because you don't want it.

If you purchased your product directly from ohWantedStudio.com website and you decide you no longer want it, we will give you a refund if you return it to us within 7 days of you receiving your order, unused and in its original condition (with packaging intact).

Refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It's important to contact us first before sending the item to us. This Returns Policy does not apply to any customized product. Please email us at support@ohwantedstudio.com with your order number and the product you are looking to return, our customer service agents will be able to assist you.

Returning your product because it has a fault.

If you purchased your product from ohwantedstudio.com and it is within their returns policy period, we'll provide a replacement.

Returning your product with a free accessory included.

If you purchased your product from ohwantedstudio.com and made a purchase involving a free gift, you will need to return the free gift as well as the unwanted product. If you do not return the free gift, your return will not be valid.

Do I have to pay to return a faulty item?

If you received an order and your product is faulty, please contact us or email us with images of the fault and your order number so the customer service team can assist you. 

Promotion

Do you offer a Fazza/Esaad discount?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Fazza/Esaad discount at the moment, however if you sign up to our newsletter you will receive an email for a discount on your first order.

How many discount code can I apply?

All promotion and discount codes need to be added into the discount code box before completing the purchase. At this time, only one promotion / discount code can be applied per order.

Can a discount be added after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add discount codes once you have placed your order.

Why is my discount code not working?

Please note that only one promotion or discount code can be added into the cart as only one code can be used per order. Your discount code may not work if there is already a code applied to the order. If your discount code is not working, please try clearing your browser cache or try using a different web browser. If the issue persists, please contact us or email us. We will do our best to assist you at that time!

Warranty

What is not covered by warranty?

Our warranty covers any damage to our products, this does not include damage that consistent with normal wear-and-tear or misuse/abuse of the product. For more information on your warranty, please visit our warranty page.

What happens if my original product is out of stock?

If the original product is out of stock, we have the right to send you an alternative product. Please rest assured our support team will be happy to assist you with this.
