Shipping and Delivery

Please review the following to learn more about cost, how and when you will receive the products you purchased from oh Wanted Studio. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond oh Wanted Studio’s control once it leaves our facilities, oh Wanted Studio cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As oh Wanted Studio takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the oh Wanted Studio store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the shipment notification email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact oh Wanted Studio to resolve.

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders of AED250 or more. Shipping is calculated after any product discounts have been applied to the order.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally. While all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates, we can ship your items pretty much anywhere there’s and address. Customers outside of the UAE who wish to purchase oh Wanted Studio products will need to email or contact us directly for shipping rate.
